Trexity, an Ottawa-based tech company, aids local businesses in competing against industry giants like Amazon by seamlessly linking them to a network of couriers.
Trexity wanted us to improve their brand and create an easy-to-use website to help local businesses and couriers stand out in a market dominated by giants like Amazon. Simplifying communication between merchants and couriers was a crucial design challenge. Without a clear brand and user-friendly website, they faced the risk of blending in and missing growth opportunities.
We used our design skills to give Trexity a vibrant and modern brand identity. Updating the brand colours aimed to make information more accessible and visually appealing. We placed a strong emphasis on accessibility in website design and added new iconography, including recognizable emojis, to ensure easy navigation and communication between merchants and their drivers.
Trexity's updated website and brand identity helped them highlight their unique offerings to more local businesses and attract new couriers. The rebrand has opened up new growth opportunities, while expanding into other cities.
